Spacious room, nice lighting, comfortable and big bed. Well designed and nice extras.

The Jacuzzi didn't work, the water drained very strangely in the bathroom and there was a door missing.

The location was great - close to train station, airport bus pickup and supermarket. The is big with a nice jacuzzi. The tv program is good with lots of channels to choose. Tv is also big. The room service is efficient, staff responded to request speedily.

Didnt know how to use the tv remote as all buttons are written in korean. Towels not sufficient, need to call daily. Not enough pillows. Location of hotel difficult to be found on arrival - more signboard needed.

the location is very good, and the bathroom is really big. wifi, pc, tv, is better than i think.

the hotel is litter old. and the light in the room not good.

The staffs were all very nice.Although they know little english,they tried their best to help us out.And they are all very polite and they will go an extra mile to help us out..

Great location with all facilities

First day my door was legt opened by HK after cleaning the room so when I arrived the room was wide opened to anybody, and on sunday last day ame back from exhibition at about 6h00pm to find out that my rooms had not yet been cleaned.

The hotel room was spacious. They provided more from the pictures u see from the website such as big screen flat tv, computer, free wifi, a big bathtub, etc. The bed was large and comfortable. Many convenient stores were nearby. It's also very easy to access from the subway,less than 2 minutes. Also the airport bus station is close about 5 minutes walk.it's worth the price i paid and i recommend it especially to people who want to go to Coex and Gangnam area.

we went back to our room around 4 pm and the room wasn't cleaned yet. But it happenned only once and we saw there was only 1 guy doing the cleaning so it was acceptable. The quality of cleanliness was impressive. So i don't mind if him taking time doing such a good job.

I was surprised after reading such good reviews that this hotel is very low quality. The beds are rock hard, the ac did not work properly, and the bathroom is moldy. We were there on a holiday weekend and returned to our room not having been cleaned. When we inquired, we were told the maids do not work on the holiday. I would highly recommend to avoid this hotel.

The staff was very helpful, they even tried to speak english at times. They even booked our dmz tour for us in the last minute. They responded to requests immediately. Room is relaxing. Tv is very huge. Comfort room is spacious. Pc was useful, but I can't manage to make it show the english language. Wifi is very fast. The location is very convenient, near both the bus station and Yeoksam subway station. Also, many restaurants around the area. Price is very affordable.

On, out first day, I found an empty box of condom on the floor underneath the bed. No restaurant or free breakfast. The large pillow and bed is feels hard. The aircon makes weird noises from time to time and sometimes disturb our sleep.

We really enjoyed having the use of a private PC in our room. It made double-checking weather reports, attraction information and keeping in touch so convenient!

We had a slightly odd experience- one of the cleaning staff left some rope and a brace in our room. We discovered it upon returning to our room in the evening, and informed the front desk. They were very apologetic about it and came immediately to remove it. Just a bit strange.

Good location, near the subway station and good restaurants are around included coffee cafe and convenient store. The staffs try to help even most of them can not speak English but try understand us. The room's space is good and also bathroom is big. This hotel is good for lovers to check-in for love activities.

You can call this hotel as a "Motel" because it provides many things for lovers and its purpose such that! The bathroom has no locking and neither toilet. There has no wardrobe in the room, that's not convenient for tourists. It just suitable for only temporary guests for just finish their activity and out, not good for overnight stay. The check-in time available is so late not good for tourists who arrived early morning. You will get the weird look from the men hotel's guests esp.if you're a women! They will think you rent a love motel instead of being a tourist!

The room was worn, and not alot of attention was paid to cleaning it. A pair of socks were clearly visible under the bed when I first checked in.

Location is very near the subway station . The room is very big especially the bath room.most I I like is hotel provide a pc in room with a free wifi...
